SAP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) encompasses the complete lifecycle of IT solutions through a phase-based approach: requirements analysis, design, construction and testing, deployment, operations and optimization. In this context, the application lifecycle management ( ALM, born under the ITIL framework ) becomes a key concept that allows the CIO to demonstrate the value of the technology to the rest of the organization.
EIM Solutions, for each of our engagement we implement SAP solution manager. We have packaged implementation offerings for Solution manager based on components chosen by customer.
As a technnical prerequisite, solution manager is necessary in the IT landscape. However, SAP solution manager has much more potential to automate and streamline multiple IT processes,based on the ITIL best practices. We conduct workshop elaborating benefits of solution manager.
